Body: 96% Organic Cotton, 4% Spandex. Pouch Lining: 92% Polyester, 8% Spandex. Pouch Layer 2: 100% Polyester, 100% Thermoplastic Polyurethane. Exclusive of Decoration.

Wash with like colors on a cold cycle using a mild detergent. Do not bleach, dry clean, or iron. Tumble dry on low.

Awesome
Comfortable and I do not need to wear a pad. Cleaning is easy I just rinse in cold water a couple of times and hang it to dry outside when I can.
