    Gift card delivery should be practically instant

    Digital gift cards are great - especially if you have a prepaid Visa you want to use that won’t cover your order total so you use it to buy gift cards. I had to contact customer service 48 hours after placing my order for digital gift cards since I still hadn’t received them by email. Delivery of the digital gift cards should only take as long as the computer systems need to process the purchase, which likely only takes a few minutes. When you don’t receive them right away, you miss out on sales and stock.

    Great service
