Much better than wearing a pad!
After a prostatectomy, I thankfully got control of my bladder—eventually! Three years later I still dribble, mainly after going to the bathroom. The pads I'm used to wearing do a good job, but they aren’t breathable and are occasionally not so comfortable. These boxer briefs are very comfortable and breathable and they do an excellent job for the small amount of dribbling I deal with.
